Customer Journey Map

Run a survey about a person’s experience with a product or service, e.g. “How was your experience with Hilton Hotel: Check-in”.

  1. Download the data from your dashboard

  2. Upload the Excel file to the Notebook

  3. Enter each stage of the customer journey as items in the bar

  4. Then select one by one the items in order of the experience and add them to the plot.

    • The graph plots the joy with each step.
